Consultations:
Consultations will give you a chance to have a one on one opportunity to sit with your stylist and clearly understand the service you would like done. In certain circumstances we will do a test look.
Consultations usually last 20 minutes or less, there is a fee of $25 for the consultation. This fee should be paid before your consultation begins. The consultation fee can be paid before you visit us, by using our online store. If you choose to set an appointment with us after your consultation the $25.00 fee will be credited to your appointment balance.
Appointments:
You can feel free to set an appointment with us by calling us at (1888) 541-6799 or (718) 703-9550. Another alternative is to email us to schedule an online appoinment by filling out the appointment request form, located in the contact page. Shortly after your request is sent we will either approve or suggest another available time slot for the appointment. If your unable to make your appointment, please call us 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel. If no call is made we will require you to put down a deposit to schedule for another appointment at a later date. If your more than 30 minutes late we can not guarantee that you will still have the appointment.
Any appointments that will include using additional hair always require a deposit. Once the deposit is made we will confirm your appointment date and time. The deposit amounts varies from the services that is requested. You can check the amount of a deposit due by clicking on the desired style photo. If you can't make an appointment, please call us to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel you will not get your deposit back. You will get the hair purchased to do the hairstyle. Note that you are always welcomed to call or email if you have any additional questions or concerns.
