Khalil had locs but didn't like how frizzy and lumpy the locs were. He cut them off and grew his hair back and got loc extension. With Khalil having soft hair it prevented him from getting smooth locs that he always wanted. Being an aspiring actor and model he felt more confident with his looks. In this photo Khalil had his loc extensions in for 5 months.
